Unhappy that his wife Charlene had filed for divorce, James Guasch solicited her murder. Guasch’s girlfriend, Pamela Carmody, helped. They were unsuccessful and both were arrested. Guasch was charged with solicitation of murder. Carmody was charged as an accessory. Both were convicted.
