SAN FRANCISCO — Cooley has officially gone global. Corporate partners D. Bradley Peck and Patrick Loofbourrow from San Diego have opened a representative office in Shanghai for the Silicon Valley stalwart.

Peck, who heads the Shanghai office, specializes in corporate and securities law for technology and life science companies, from startups to publicly held corporations. Loofbourrow represents emerging technology and life science companies, as well as venture capital and other investment firms.
