SAN FRANCISCO — Melanie Griswold took a substantial pay cut when she moved to Santa Clara County and started prosecuting crimes. A former King & Spalding litigation associate and Harvard Law grad, Griswold says she earns half as much as a deputy district attorney.
But she isn’t complaining.
