Dana Beldiman has been appointed professor honoris causa by the Bucerius Law School of Hamburg, Germany. Beldiman, a Carroll, Burdick & McDonough partner, focuses on intellectual property law, including acquisition, use, licensing, registration and protection of intellectual property assets. She earned her LL.M. in intellectual property from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003, her Dr. jur. from Universität Bremen, Germany, in 2008, and her J.D. from UC-Hastings law school in 1985.
