SAN FRANCISCO — Alston & Bird is expanding its corporate practice in California with the addition of Lior Nuchi as a partner in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
Nuchi had been a corporate partner at McDermott Will & Emery in Menlo Park since September 2010. For 25 years, he’s worked on complex transactions for public companies, investment banks and investors, as well as traditional technology and life sciences companies.
