For McDermott Will & Emery, which has struggled for years to build a corporate practice in Silicon Valley, it wasn’t a good week.
Two more corporate partners are leaving the firm’s Silicon Valley office. Kyle Guse and Amar Murugan are joining Baker Botts this week. Corporate partner Lior Nuchi, who’d been with the firm since September 2010, joined Alston & Bird’s Silicon Valley office last week.
