SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco are representing Intel Corp. in its acquisition of QLogic Corp.’s InfiniBand business.

The team on the $125 million all-cash deal was led by Robert Townsend, chair of the firm’s global corporate practice, along with corporate partner Eric McCrath and corporate associates Samuel Whittington and Clare Reilly.
