SAN FRANCISCO — Securities litigation partner John Tang has joined Jones Day’s San Francisco office from Latham & Watkins, where he was a former co-chair of the securities litigation practice group.
Tang represents companies and their officers in matters ranging from securities class actions to insider trading investigations. He also counsels clients on corporate governance and disclosure issues.
