SAN FRANCISCO — Despite her efforts to avoid it, Seattle seamstress Angel Fraley will have to testify in a lawsuit accusing Facebook Inc. of violating her privacy.
On Tuesday U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul Grewal in San Jose denied Fraley’s motion for a protective order that would have kept her from testifying in the purported class action first filed in California state court and moved to the Northern District in March 2011.
