SAN FRANCISCO ­— A team of Reed Smith attorneys represented Informatica Corp. in its $148.5 million acquisition of a pair of buildings to serve as the data integration software company’s new headquarters in Redwood City.

San Francisco partners Charles Seaman, Todd Maiden and John Messenger and S.F. associate Krista Kim, as well as Philadelphia partner Matthew Tashman, worked on the Informatica deal, reported by the San Jose Business Journal. Informatica is in the process of filing SEC documents describing the transaction.
