SAN FRANCISCO — Sidley Austin announced Tuesday that Southern California renewable energy attorneys Sean Moran and Michael Joyce have joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as partners.

Moran and Joyce had both been at Dewey & LeBoeuf, where Moran served as the L.A. office managing partner and the firm’s renewable energy group co-chairman.
