SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Latham & Watkins in Silicon Valley helped chipmaker Advanced Micro Devices Inc. move into the server industry with its acquisition of startup SeaMicro Inc.
Corporate partner Tad Freese, along with associates Jonathan Solomon and Emily Follas, led the deal for Sunnyvale-based AMD.
