SAN FRANCISCO — Leader Technologies Inc. wants a federal appeals court to overturn a jury verdict that knocked down its patent infringement claim against Facebook Inc.
And both Leader and Facebook have hired appellate specialists with experience before the U.S. Supreme Court to argue their case before the Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Oral arguments will be heard Monday.
