SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Cooley advised social gaming company Zynga Inc. in its $180 million acquisition of OMGPOP, creators of the popular mobile-phone game “Draw Something.”
M&A partner Jennifer DiNucci led the deal for Cooley’s Palo Alto-based team, along with compensation and benefits partner Wendy Davis, tax partner Mark Windfield-Hansen and technology transactions partner Carolyn Craig. Associates include Michelle Park, Laura McDaniels and Nadya Bodansky.
