SAN FRANCISCO — Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has hired two attorneys in California.
Corporate and securities lawyer Michael Halloran, a former Securities and Exchange Commission official, has returned for a third stint at the firm, based in its Washington, D.C., and Silicon Valley offices. This time, Halloran joins Pillsbury from the Texas-based firm Haynes and Boone, where he’d been since April 2010.
