SAN FRANCISCO After losing five partners earlier this year, Reed Smith is rebuilding its Silicon Valley office with the addition of corporate and securities partner Robert Stefanski.
A former general counsel at Palo Alto-based TIBCO Software Inc., which makes software enabling cloud computing, Stefanski has also been an adviser and angel investor to startup companies for several years.
