The Fourth Appellate District affirmed a judgment of conviction and ordered that a sentence be modified. The court held that pouring gasoline in a structure prior to the starting of an arson fire supported a finding that the arson was caused by use of a device designed to accelerate the fire for purposes of sentence enhancement.
