SAN FRANCISCO Three Silicon Valley companies dealing in big data are slated to go public this week and attorneys from Fenwick & West are advising two of them.
Fenwick partners Laird Simons III and William Hughes, along with associate Larissa Schwartz, are helping Infoblox Inc. go public on Friday. The Santa Clara-based maker of network-control software wants to raise $106 million on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol BLOX.
