The Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel affirmed a judgment. The court held that the bankruptcy court’s erroneous reliance on the significant and unanticipated change test in determining the right of debtors to shorten the term of their bankruptcy plan did not undermine that court’s conclusion that the debtors’ increased income did not warrant such a modification.
