SAN FRANCISCO Paul Shinn, a former associate general counsel at Hewlett-Packard Co., left to join Gigamon as its first general counsel Monday.
“It was the right career for me at the right time,” Shinn said. “It was a chance to be a general counsel, and all the right things lined up.”
