Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers investment partner Ellen Pao, a former Cravath, Swaine & Moore lawyer who is suing the Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm for gender discrimination and retaliation, has retained a San Francisco lawyer who brought one of the first successful sexual harassment suits against a major law firm.

Pao’s suit, filed on May 10 in San Francisco Superior Court, claims that at least four other women at Kleiner Perkins, another investment partner and three administrative assistants, have been repeatedly subjected to acts of sexual harassment at the hands of former Kleiner partner Ajit Nazre, who left the firm last year.
