SAN FRANCISCO — With the election just days away, a judicial incumbent has a lock on campaign fundraising in Marin County, but some candidates in Alameda and Santa Clara are struggling to bring in more than they’re spending.

Marin County Superior Court Judge James Chou has raised more than $56,000 in the past three months, according to finance disclosure forms filed with the secretary of State. A significant chunk came from fellow members of the bench.
