SAN FRANCISCO An S.F. Superior Court judge on Friday bumped the trial date in an increasingly contentious battle over fees between personal injury attorneys Michael Danko and Terry O’Reilly.
Judge Marla Miller set jury selection for Thursday and said she’d rule sometime this week on Danko’s bid to sanction the O’Reilly firm for mishandling e-discovery.
