SACRAMENTO Two sitting judges appeared headed toward defeat following Tuesday’s election, which featured an unusually high number of challenges to sitting jurists.
Veteran Judge George Orndoff of Kings County Superior Court was trailing Hanford attorney Jennifer Giuliani by 50 votes Wednesday afternoon. The race was marked by significant law enforcement support for the challenger, according to local media reports.
