U.S. Sup. Ct.
11-845
The United States Supreme Court reversed a judgment of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and remanded. The court held that, under the standard of review set forth in the AEDPA statute, Sixth Circuit erred in reweighing evidence found sufficient by a state supreme court to support a conclusion that a capital defendant was not under the influence of extreme emotional disturbance when he committed the offenses for which he was convicted.
