The court of appeals affirmed a district court judgment in part, reversed in part, and remanded the action for further proceedings. The court held that material fact issues existed as to whether federal agents used unreasonable force and engaged in extreme or outrageous conduct while executing a residential search warrant where they handcuffed a couple’s minor daughters, used profanities while yelling at the daughters to get on the ground, pointed their guns at the younger girl’s head, and forced the girls to lie on the floor face down with their hands cuffed behind their backs.
