SAN FRANCISCO In one more sign that hiring in the tech world is once again booming, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced this week that the 65,000 annual cap for H-1B visas for skilled workers has been met.
That’s about five months earlier than last year. And the news didn’t surprise corporate and immigration lawyers in the Bay Area.
