SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, New York, Washington, D.C., and Austin advised InterDigital Inc. on its sale of approximately 1,700 wireless technology patents to Intel Corp. for $375 million in cash.

Attorneys from Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco, Palo Alto, New York and Washington, D.C., represented Intel in the deal announced Monday, along with a Seattle-based team from Perkins Coie.
