The First Appellate District affirmed a judgment. The court held that an attorneys failure to comply with Bus. & Prof. Code §6148 (execution of written fee agreement) did not preclude an attorney from claiming statutory attorney fees from the executor of a decedents estate for ordinary probate work he performed for the estate.
