Richard Zuromski Jr. has joined Carroll, Burdick & McDonough as a partner. Zuromski, who was previously with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, focuses on complex litigation matters including those involving consumer class actions, antitrust, trade secrets, unfair competition, false advertising, breach of contract and environmental issues. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2003.
