SACRAMENTO — A San Francisco jury this week awarded plaintiffs attorney Michael Danko $3.2 million in his three-year fee battle with former partner Terry O’Reilly.

The jury found that the pair’s former firm now known as O’Reilly & Collins in San Mateo, breached a contract that called for Danko to receive a 50 percent share of the fees he generated. Jurors also concluded that Danko was fired so the firm could avoid paying him.
