David Morris has joined Jones Day as of counsel in the health care practice group. Morris most recently served as associate general counsel for Blue Shield of California. He graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1995.

The Rimon firm has added Dr. Douglas Park as a partner and chief sustainability officer in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Park was previously with DYP Advisors, a business and legal advisory firm that he founded. He earned his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School in 2004.
