There has been much discussion about the sanctity of one’s social media data. Many users have expressed concerns about whether the government or other adverse party should be able to be view and review their posts and pictures.

There is no reason to worry any longer. The matter has been settled: All of your social media is fair game. If your only argument is that there is something special about the nature of the data sought, you can rest assured that the court is not going to be your “friend.”
