SAN JOSE Lawyers in the high-stakes patent infringement trial between Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics focused on the iPhone’s design features during the fourth day of testimony Tuesday.
In San Jose federal court, witnesses for Apple testified that design elements of Samsung’s phones are strikingly and confusingly similar to the iPhone, while Samsung attorneys countered their claims by pointing out the differences in minute detail.
