The Fourth Appellate District affirmed a judgment. The court held that, in assessing a claimant’s right to recovery from the Department of Real Estate Recovery Account, the trial court properly looked to the findings of fact upon which the underlying arbitration award was based in determining that certain real estate transactions were the result of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceit.
