The court of appeals denied a petition fore review of a Board of Immigration Appeals decision. The court held that, under recent Supreme Court authority, an alien seeking cancellation of removal could not impute her fathers legal status to herself to meet the five-year lawful permanent residence requirement under §8 U.S.C. § 1229b(a)(1).
