SAN FRANCISCO Corporate partner Glenn Nash joined Sidley Austin’s Silicon Valley office Monday as the global co-head of the firm’s technology transactions practice.
Nash had been a partner at Latham & Watkins in Menlo Park since 2004 with a practice that focuses on providing strategic IP and technology transactions counseling to mature and emerging-growth tech companies. He handles joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and other collaborations.
