The American Bar Association’s Section of Public Contract Law has given its Lifetime Achievement Award to Allan Joseph. The ABA has also established a leadership award in his name to recognize those who make extraordinary contributions to the section. Joseph is a founding partner of Rogers Joseph O’Donnell and co-chair of the firm’s government contracts practice group. He received his J.D. from University of Wisconsin Law School in 1962.
Natalia Merluzzi has joined the California Bar Foundation as program and policy director. Merluzzi was previously a prosecutor with the U.S. attorney’s office for the District of Columbia, and also served as attorney adviser to Tony West while he was assistant attorney general for the Justice Department’s Civil Division. She graduated from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 2008.
