Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has added Kindon Olsen as an associate on the mechanical/medical devices team in the intellectual property department. Olsen, who was previously with Murtaugh Meyer Nelson Treglia, focuses on mechanical and medical device patent prosecution, counseling and related matters. He earned his J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law in 2005.

Appellate lawyers William Hancock, Benjamin Feuer, Myron Moskovitz and Audra Ibarra have formed a new firm, the California Appellate Law Group, which focuses exclusively on civil and white-collar appeals in California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
