SAN FRANCISCO Judge John Stewart will serve as the next assistant presiding judge of San Francisco Superior Court, court officials announced Wednesday.
Members of the S.F. bench elect the assistant presiding judge by anonymous ballot. Court spokeswoman Ann Donlan declined to release the vote count.
