SAN FRANCISCO Emerging companies attorney Anthony McCusker has been named chair of Goodwin Procter’s Silicon Valley office, the firm announced Thursday
He’s taking over for Kevin Dennis, who will continue to focus on his private equity practice. Dennis relocated from Boston to open the Silicon Valley office in 2007 and has divided his time between Boston and Menlo Park.
