Eliot Jubelirer has been elected to the San Francisco Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Jubelirer, a partner at Schiff Hardin — who was a name partner at Morgenstein & Jubelirer before its 2007 combination with Schiff Hardin — focuses on toxic tort and product liability litigation, commercial litigation, legal malpractice litigation and construction defect cases. He received his J.D. from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 1974.

Daniel Kolta has joined Marten Law as an associate. Previously a law clerk to Chief Justice Barbara Madsen of the Washington State Supreme Court, Kolta focuses on environmental law and litigation, energy and clean technology. He graduated from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 2011.
