Eliot Jubelirer has been elected to the San Francisco Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Jubelirer, a partner at Schiff Hardin who was a name partner at Morgenstein & Jubelirer before its 2007 combination with Schiff Hardin focuses on toxic tort and product liability litigation, commercial litigation, legal malpractice litigation and construction defect cases. He received his J.D. from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 1974.
Daniel Kolta has joined Marten Law as an associate. Previously a law clerk to Chief Justice Barbara Madsen of the Washington State Supreme Court, Kolta focuses on environmental law and litigation, energy and clean technology. He graduated from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 2011.
