SAN FRANCISCO After five years at SanDisk Corp., James Brelsford is leaving his role as general counsel at the flash memory manufacturer to return to private practice.
Brelsford said he has narrowed his search to three international law firms and has received several job offers. He expects to join a firm within two weeks. Before joining SanDisk, he served as a partner at Jones Day; Perkins Coie; and Steinhart & Falconer.
