SAN FRANCISCO U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in San Jose has one fewer case to worry about in the final weeks before a major hearing over injunctions in the Apple-Samsung smartphone showdown.
The first of three cases pending before Koh over technology used in bus wheelchair ramps settled this week. Lift-U v. Ricon, 10-1850, had been set for a five-day trial beginning Nov. 26.
