SAN FRANCISCO The Howrey estate announced a settlement with software behemoth SAP at a status conference Friday before U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis Montali.
The estate will make a one-time payment of $200,000 to SAP, said Stephen Loden, a partner with Diamond McCarthy. The firm’s Allan Diamond is the Howrey bankruptcy trustee.
