Dean Fealk has been appointed outside general counsel to Washington, D.C., nonprofit Halifax International Security Forum. Fealk, a partner at DLA Piper, heads the firm’s global equity practice. He received his J.D. from UC-Hastings law school in 2000.
The Bar Association of San Francisco Barristers’ board of directors has honored David Reidy with its 2012 Barrister of the Year Award for his service on the Judges Reception Committee and Barristers’ board. Reidy, a litigation partner at Reed Smith, is a member of the financial industry group. He graduated from UC-Hastings law school in 2002.
