Scott Lawson has joined Pennington Lawson as a partner. Lawson, formerly with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sulllivan and Greenberg Traurig, specializes in trade-secret, employment and commercial litigation. He received his J.D. from University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1994.
Robert Romero has been invited to join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. Romero, partner in charge of Hinshaw & Culbertson‘s San Francisco office, focuses on complex jury trial work and also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes. He graduated from UC-Davis School of Law in 1988.
