SAN FRANCISCO — A Santa Clara Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday that the Los Altos School District can proceed with its claims that a local charter school isn’t entitled to public funds until it stops expecting tuition donations of parents and discriminating against potential pupils with special needs or language problems.

Judge Patricia Lucas ordered Bullis Charter School, in Los Altos, to begin the process of turning over certain types of enrollment data to the district.
