Marten Law has added Erika Anderson as of counsel. Anderson, who previously had her own firm, Anderson Law Firm, represents clients in complex transactional matters relating to cleantech, energy and sustainability. She earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2008.

Carroll, Burdick & McDonough has named Matthew Kemner chairman of the firm. He assumes the post from Vicki Freimann, who has served as managing partner since 2009. Kemner represents European manufacturers in product liability, class action, ATCA claims and complex litigation in the U.S., Europe and globally, and earned his J.D. from University of Missouri Law School in 1991.
