Kathleen Johnson has been named director of the new enforcement division in the Environmental Protection Agency’s San Francisco office. Johnson previously served as the EPA’s senior supervisor of Superfund cleanups and as an attorney. She received her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1984.
Shearman & Sterling has promoted Emily Griffen and Jeffrey Wolf to counsel. Griffen, a member of the litigation group, graduated from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 2000. Wolf, a member of the mergers and acquisitions practice, is a 2004 graduate of UC-Hastings law school.
